About the Role
As aLead System Designerwithin the PlasmaDerived Therapies (PDT) Technology ecosystem you will serve as the senior technical design authority guiding the evolution intelligence and structural design of complex enterprise applications. With your experience in system design distributed systems engineering leadership and emerging AI capabilities you will define design governanceestablishreusable design models and drive product and platform modernization across the PDT landscape.
You will combine deep application and solution designexpertise datadriven thinking and AIaccelerated engineering approaches to ensure PDT systems are scalable resilient secure and intelligenceenabled. You will mentor technical leads elevate engineering craftsmanship and work crossfunctionally to align solutions with business capabilities and enterprise direction.
How You Will Contribute
Application & Solution Design (Expanded and DesignCentric)
Lead application and solution design using clear structural design principles layered solution models modular decomposition and domaindriven concepts aligned to business capabilities.
Create andmaintainreusablesolutiondesign blueprintscanonicalmodels service boundaries and integration models that promote consistency across the PDT ecosystem.
Apply DomainDriven Design (DDD) techniques such as bounded contexts aggregates and ubiquitous language to create maintainable businessaligned systems.

Lead solution review forums ensuring designs meet expected standards across performance resilience maintainability and cost effectiveness.

Strategic System & Platform Design

AIInfused Product & Solution Design
Introduce Agentic AI concepts into solution models workflows operational flows observability and developer tooling.
Design solutions that incorporate LLMs embeddings vector search reasoning capabilities autonomous agents and AIpowered insights.
Establish AIready design patterns supporting semantic data layers event enrichment intelligent decisioning and contextual logic.
Partner with data and platform teams to define the data structures quality expectations and processing flows required to enable AIpowered features at scale.
Data & AI Orientation
Leverage data dashboards metrics operational telemetry and analytics insights to inform solution design decisions.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
14 years of experience in system design solution design and enterprise-scale application development.
ExpertiseacrossNextJS ReactJS/modern UI frameworks SQL/NoSQLHerokuAWS EKS event-driven workflows microservice-style design and integrationpatterns.Skilledin designing and building scalable multicloud and cloudagnostic platforms.
Proven experience developing secure resilient and highavailability publicfacing web and mobile applications withstrongfocus on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Strong foundationin distributed caching zerotrust design patterns and SEO optimization.
Deep understanding of reusable design patterns distributed systems API modeling domaindriven concepts and cloudaligned architecture principles.
Experienced in architecting multiregion solutions supporting business continuity disaster recovery and faulttolerant operations.
Strong grounding in modern application engineering practices includingDevSecOpspipelinesIaCprinciples securitybydesign and continuous validation.
