About the role:
This position is situated within the MacKillop National After Hours Services Unit which is responsible for providing residential care home based care lead tenant and case management support for young people with high and complex needs and a therapeutically oriented program for young people in protective placements.
The Team Leader After Hours Services Will provide supervision and support to After Hours Support Workers assist in recruitment training professional development of Support Work within Residential Care Nationally assist in the development of the Support Worker roles and responsibilities Nationally contribute to the development of services participate in Support Workers meetings Nationally undertake appropriate case notes and services recording as required and liaise with DFFH other agencies and professionals parents and families where appropriate.
This is a Full-Time (4 Days 38 Hours a week) opportunity based in Preston VIC within our After-Hours Program. The position reports to the National Manager MacKillop After Hours.
