About the Role:We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to assist clients across multiple locations including Kingsville Yarraville Beveridge and surrounding areas. This role involves personal care and behavioural support requiring someone who can work independently and respond confidently to a variety of situations.
Croatian speaking applicants are highly desired but not essential. As the role will involve transporting clients a current Drivers License and comprehensive/third-party car insurance are required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Help clients with community access and transportation needs
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Support with meal preparation and household tasks
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Experience & Qualifications:
- Qualification in Health/Aged Care/Disability Services
- Minimum of 1-year full-time experience in Australia within Health/Aged Care/Disability Services
- NDIS Worker Screening Check ID or ability to obtain one
- First Aid & CPR Certificate or ability to obtain one
- Current Drivers License own car and comprehensive/third-party insurance
