Location Type: This is an onsite role based in Holland MI.
How Youll Make an Impact:
Understand the needs and expectations of the customers and provide relevant solutions.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup and outbound cold calls and emails.
Emphasizing service or product features and benefits discussing credit terms quoting prices and preparing sales order reports or forms.
Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.
Offer different alternatives to customers in their preferred choice of product.
Demonstrate the methods of using products and resolve customer queries.
Responsible for closing sales deals and achieving customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate a commitment to upholding the highest standards of on-time delivery of quality products.
Instill a reputation and passion for best in the customer service industry.
Represent JR Automation in customer meetings.

What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in engineering marketing business administration or equivalent experience calculated as two (2) years of relevant work experience for each year of academic study.
Two plus years experience working in an industrial service and aftermarket operation.
Current or prior JR Automation experience or experience in the automation industry is strongly preferred.
