About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven ServiceDelivery Manager to support critical IT systems and business operationswith a strong focus on IT Risk Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
In this role you will ensure high-quality servicedelivery manage client relationships and drive continuousimprovement of operational processes acting as a key bridge between technicalteams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end service delivery for critical systems
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring high service quality
- Support application deployment transformation and operational activities
- Monitor and improve operational processes and service performance
- Identify risks and proactively prevent issues (technical functional or organizational)
- Track progress and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and management
- Produce and manage dashboards and reports (ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with teams to analyze operational data and improve efficiency
- Support and guide teams to enhance communication and delivery effectiveness
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
- Experience in IT Infrastructure and Production Operations
- Knowledge of IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity principles
- Experience in service delivery support and deployment environments
- Strong ability in risk identification tracking and mitigation
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in large cross-functional teams
Languages Required
- English: C1 (mandatory)
- French: Nice to have
