About the Role
Join a cutting-edge Data & AI environmentcontributing to the evolution of a centralized Data Platform designed toempower business and IT teams with self-service data capabilities.
As a Senior Java Developer / DevOps Engineer youwill work in an Agile product team helping to design build andenhance scalable data-driven solutions while ensuring highperformance reliability and continuous delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance data platform functionalities aligned with business and IT strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions
- Build and maintain data pipelines (collection ingestion integration exposure)
- Contribute to both Build & Run activities ensuring system stability and evolution
- Monitor production environments resolve issues and implement improvements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning refinement review retrospectives)
- Ensure technical documentation is maintained and up to date
- Drive performance optimization and automation initiatives
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
- Java Development: Java Spring Boot Spring Batch
- Data & Processing: SQL (expert) data pipelines data processing
- Architecture: Microservices REST APIs
- Cloud & Containers: Docker Kubernetes Cloud Storage (S3 or similar)
- Orchestration: Airflow (or similar tools)
- CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins GitLab CI/CD
- Databases: Oracle SQL-based systems
- Understanding of distributed systems and file exchange protocols (CFT)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Python (Data / API development)
- Frontend experience with Angular
- Familiarity with Starburst or similar data tools
Languages Required
- English: C1 (mandatory)
- French: B2 (mandatory)
