PEI Group seeks Client Relationship Executive to be responsible for all post sales sponsorship services for a portfolio of conferences. The events are industry leading and global attracting up to 3000 attendees.
In this role the Sponsor Services Executive will be responsible for ensuring sponsors are equipped with all relevant information and materials to have a first-class experience when interacting with PEI. From an internal perspective it is essential to supply materials that are required from the customer to display their brand across our communication channels in an organised and timely fashion. The work will mean aligning with different teams in a matrix structure to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality sponsor experiences.
A commercial role a key metric of success will be customer retention. You will report to the Sponsor Services Team Leader and provide updates and progress on a regular basis.
You will work closely with sales production marketing and operations for each event.
A key element will be to identify where sales time is being consumed by tasks that are preventing growth within the brands. Not a direct sales role you will be encouraged to build relationships with customers that can facilitate upsell and cross sell.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Leading role in sponsor engagement on events identifying and resolving issues and ensuring expectations are met.
- Manage onboarding steps by ensuring key contacts collateral logos attendee details are gathered in good time.
- Using the CRM system to compile maintain and use accurate sponsor attendee records and registration lists.
- Be part of internal and external sponsor meetings and conference calls.
- Working with Programming Marketing Operations and Sales finance teams to ensure that targets are met and deadlines adhered to and that the event is delivered to a high standard.
- Working with the marketing team to ensure sponsors brand consistency across all aspects of the event reviewing final marketing copy and event documentation.
- Producing detailed proposals loading orders into CRM and producing briefing documents for sponsors (e.g. timelines venues and budgets).
- Working with the operations manager sponsorship managers and commercial managers to plan exhibition layouts schedule workshops private breakfasts and networking events.
- Managing the delivery of sponsor content both at the event online and print.
- Liaising with sponsors and marketing team to create branding for the event and assisting in the production of invitations adverts online banners documentation books and social media coverage.
- Attending events and handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that everything runs smoothly
- Post-event evaluation including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders.
