Field Sales Executive Nestlé Convenience

Full Time Permanent Monday-Friday 37.5hrs

25000 - 26500 up to 20% bonus (up to 31800 per annum OTE) Company car

Territory: Dundee Aberdeen and surrounds

This summer step into a field-based sales role where youll manage your own territory build relationships with local businesses and help drive sales for some of the UKs favourite brands including KitKat Aero Yorkie and Smarties.

What Youll Be Doing

This is a hands-on fast-paced role where no two days look the same. Youll...

• Visit a set route of convenience stores across your territory
• Build strong relationships with store owners and managers
• Improve product visibility through smart merchandising and displays
• Fix out-of-stocks and ensure products are ranged and available
• Introduce new products promotions and pricing updates
• Use sales data and insights to spot opportunities and take action
• Capture activity and results using simple digital tools

Youll be the person who makes sure Nestlé brands stand out on shelf - and sell.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in field sales retail or merchandising is usefulbut attitude matters most(!)
• Confident communicator who builds rapport easily
• Commercially curious - you notice what sells and why
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
• Happy using mobile apps and basic sales data
