Job Summary
Position Overview:
As a Recruitment Associate you will be an integral part of our talent acquisition efforts.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM Gliding Shift Onsite
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building IT Park Lahug Cebu City Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Engagement
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Foster positive candidate experiences through effective communication and engagement.
Screening and Evaluation
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with organizational values.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective assessment strategies.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews providing timely updates to candidates and stakeholders.
- Facilitate a positive and professional interview experience for all participants.
Recruitment Strategies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with the HR team hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Participate in team meetings contributing insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- At least college level.
- At least 1 year end to end recruitment experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Google work tools proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- Monthly salary of 25000php
- New hire bonus of 5000php
