As an Exam Manager Associate on our Wholesale Lending Services Control Management team you will support internal and external audits and other exam activity by coordinating requests meetings and documentation. You will track deliverables validate submission quality and communicate progress to stakeholders. You will help the business stay exam-ready by organizing materials identifying gaps and escalating issues when necessary. You will collaborate with partners across operations controls and audit to deliver timely accurate outcomes.
Job responsibilities
- Coordinate exam activity across stakeholders including scheduling and meeting facilitation.
- Maintain trackers calendars and status reporting for exams and requests.
- Collect and organize supporting documentation for exam requests and submissions.
- Review documentation for completeness and alignment to the request prior to submission.
Submit materials within required timelines and follow up on open items.
Communicate progress risks and blockers to stakeholders and escalate when needed.
Support exam readiness activities and continuous improvement efforts.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of relevant experience in audit controls compliance operational risk or quality assurance (or comparable experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Strong communication organization and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities to deadlines.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience supporting audits or exams in a large matrixed organization.
- Experience with tracking/reporting tools and basic data analysis in Excel.
