You will report directly to our Sr Director Communications and youll work out of our Barueri location on a Hybrid work schedule.



Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the companys brand and reputation
  • Lead and manage a team of communication professionals to execute communication plans and initiatives
  • Create and manage internal and external communication materials including press releases articles and presentations
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals
  • Manage media relations and serve as the company spokesperson
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends
  • Lead crisis communication efforts and develop proactive strategies to mitigate potential issues
  • Manage communication budgets and resources
  • Provide guidance and support to junior communication team members


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 12 years of experience
  • Proven team leader for teams with individual contributors and managers
  • Accountable for and able to lead complex global project teams
  • Develop and continuously improve key processes
  • Leads development of medium to long term planning: Annual Operating Plan (AOP) or Strategic Planning (STRAP)
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies
  • Experience in managing media relations and crisis communication
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

  • Masters degree in communications or business administration

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology industry
