Job Summary
- Monitor vendor performance analyze ratings and vendor feedback and implement improvement plans.
- Improve menu and content quality on the platform and execute content optimization projects.
- Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding including account setup activation training and go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support operational projects to enhance vendor experience and efficiency.
- Handle vendor communications translations and regional requests; monitor operational issues (e.g. offline vendors) support product/feature testing manage rollout timelines and assist vendors with system complaints or bugs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or other related field.
- Proficiency in Khmer and English both written and spoken
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a logistics operational role
- Proven track record of managing the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle
- Able working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with structured problem-solver ability
