Job Summary/Description:

WVLT-TV is seeking a strategic and hands-on Multimedia Sales this position you will help to grow revenue expand our digital footprint and build a high-performing sales team that delivers customer-centric advertising solutions.

Duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Must be a highly organized individual
- Must possess a positive and energetic attitude
- Work in tandem with the Director of Sales and other Multimedia Sales Managers on revenue generation strategy and forecasting
- Help grow New Local Direct business through broadcast and digital opportunities
- Recruit hire and train Digital-Focused Multimedia Executives
- Develop a steady stream of new business across all of our platforms
- Attend CNAs and pitches regularly with Multimedia Executives
- Employ a servant leadership sales culture where support accountability and winning drive our success

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Advanced Leadership Skills
- Have a positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to translate and communicate problems into opportunities
- Expert Proficiency in PowerPoint Excel Social Media etc.
- Deep expertise in digital advertising products and strategies (display video programmatic social SEM SEO e-mail marketing and OTT/CTV are your playground)
- Previous media sales management experience preferred but not required; experience in the field is needed
- Loves to achieve and win
