Responsibilities and duties:
- Lead PLG efforts for Acrobat handling the entire customer experience from discovery to conversion.
- Define and complete custom merchandising strategies crafting personalized intent-driven shopping experiences.
- Build and optimize AI-powered systems to present the right products and offers to each user.
- Drive conversion and customer engagement by improving product discovery evaluation and purchase flows.
- Collaborate with SEO GEO and growth teams to translate inbound traffic into high-performing experiences.
- Leverage AI/ML and experimentation to personalize experiences and optimize funnel performance.
- Lead the product lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious goals.
Requirements:
- MBA (preferred) or BA/BS or equivalent experience with 6-10 years of product management experience.
- 3 years of product management experience
- Strong background in PLG e-commerce or growth platforms
- Proven track record of improving conversion and optimizing funnels
- Experience with data-driven personalization and experimentation
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and a clear ability to apply AI in product workflows
