MAR Group of Companies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding top talent. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring we attract the best professionals to support our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization
- Source candidates through job portals social media and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate databases
- Build and promote the companys employer brand to attract top talent
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
- Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
