Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain work standards conduct time studies and implement line balancing and manpower planning.
- Deploy and sustain Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S Kaizen SMED and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by preparing process flow production layout and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production Quality Engineering) to resolve production issues and improve process stability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Design and optimize workstation layouts to ensure safety ergonomics and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering manufacturing or process improvement roles.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of engineering tools such as AutoCAD is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
