Position: Sales Engineer
1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the Sales team in developing B2B customers (manufacturing sector)
- Join client meetings with senior staff to learn practical sales processes
- Understand customer needs and assist in product consultation
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on orders and delivery
- Prepare reports and update customer information
During the first 12 years: focus on learning and development; no pressure to independently generate new clients
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong interest in B2B Sales
- Around 1 year of sales experience (any industry) or fresh graduates with strong sales mindset
- Bachelors degree (all majors accepted no requirement for chemical background)
- Language: Proficient in Chinese / Korean / English
- Good communication skills proactive attitude willingness to learn
Skills & Personal Attributes
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
- Clear career orientation toward technical sales / materials business development.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
