Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Coordination

Act as the technical bridge between headquarters and local team
Ensure accurate communication of HVAC standards product specifications and solutions
Maintain alignment with global technical standards

2. Pre-sales & Project Technical Support

Provide technical consultation to clients and partners
Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations
Design and optimize HVAC solutions based on project requirements
Support sales team to win projects

3. Technical Training & Team Development

Develop and deliver HVAC technical training programs
Prepare training materials and evaluate effectiveness
Build and enhance technical capabilities of the team

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HVAC Mechanical Engineering or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC industry
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design and project implementation
Ability to independently solve complex technical issues
Proficiency in English or Chinese
Strong sense of responsibility learning mindset and proactive attitude
