Job Summary
Technical Manager (HVAC)
- Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Coordination
- Act as the technical bridge between headquarters and local team
- Ensure accurate communication of HVAC standards product specifications and solutions
- Maintain alignment with global technical standards
2. Pre-sales & Project Technical Support
- Provide technical consultation to clients and partners
- Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations
- Design and optimize HVAC solutions based on project requirements
- Support sales team to win projects
3. Technical Training & Team Development
- Develop and deliver HVAC technical training programs
- Prepare training materials and evaluate effectiveness
- Build and enhance technical capabilities of the team
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HVAC Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design and project implementation
- Ability to independently solve complex technical issues
- Proficiency in English or Chinese
- Strong sense of responsibility learning mindset and proactive attitude
