GENERAL MISSION :
- To generate revenue and maximize the hotels market share for Corporate MICE Banquet Event Wedding Outside Catering and F&B throughout aggressive sales with a particular care into Vung Tau and nearby Industrial zones (in Dong Nai Binh Duong Ba Ria)
- To ensure a high awareness of the hotels activities in the publics mind
- To promote a positive image of the hotel in the community and abroad.
- To promote the image of the hotel in order to create opportunities that will contribute to the profitability of the hotel.
- Manage and mentor provide guidelines to the Sales team Vung Tau sets and follow up on targets to achieve the hotels overall goals and budget.
- Maintain good relationships and extend attentive service to existing productive accounts.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and an energetic team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Administrative responsibilities
- Manage Organize and control his/her team.
- Ensure proposals are sent to the guests and being in timely contact with them.
- Controls offers contracts invoices and liquidation contracts before being sent to prospects and clients.
- Make sure all enquiries are followed up the receipt within 24 hours and status follow-up maximum 02 days after sent out preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating Hotel site inspection with potential clients to show them our facilities.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team to reach common goals.
- Control the quality of monthly reports prepared by his/her team including source of business trends enquiry conversion rates future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the supervisor.
- Understand and have a good knowledge of market segments.
- Make sure that all client information and folders is well maintained.
- Control that office phone calls are handled in an efficient and timely manner.
- Review Daily Event report and monthly MICE & Catering Report made by Coordinator.
- Review weekly Forecast report.
- Attend daily sales briefings.
- Be always impeccably groomed to represent the Hotel in a professional manner.
Qualifications :
- Education: Certificate or Degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or Hospitality Management.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development in the hospitality industry ideally in hotels or resorts.
- Market Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the hospitality market in Vietnam especially Ho Chi Minh City. Knowledge of customer segments distribution channels and sales strategies.
- Skills: Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills; proficient in Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Additional (Optional): Experience managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
