Plant Site Manager High-Speed Manufacturing Fond du Lac WI

Northwest Talent Solutions is partnering with a global manufacturing leader in the paper packaging and container space to identify a Plant Site Manager who will take full ownership of plant operations team performance and production excellence in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will directly influence safety cost uptime quality and overall operational performancewhile building and developing a strong engaged workforce.
What Youll Own:
- Full accountability for plant performance across:
- Safety
- Cost efficiency
- Machine uptime
- Quality and waste reduction
- Lead and develop teams across:
- Production
- Quality
- Maintenance
- Shipping & scheduling
- Drive a safety-first culture aligned with OSHA and operational standards
- Partner with senior leadership to execute short- and long-term plant strategies
- Optimize processes to improve throughput reliability and cost position
- Align plant operations with broader customer and business objectives
- Build and maintain a high-performing engaged workforce
What You Bring:
- 6 years of production or plant management experience in manufacturing
- Strong background in paper packaging or high-speed production environments
- Proven ability to:
- Lead teams and develop talent
- Drive operational improvements
- Manage complex plant operations
- Deep understanding of:
- Manufacturing processes
- Corrugating / converting equipment (preferred)
- Strong leadership traits:
- Drives results
- Builds effective teams
- Strategic and operational mindset
Location:
- Fond du Lac WI (on-site leadership role)
- Relocation support available for the right candidate
Compensation:
- $167400 $183200 base salary
- Additional incentive opportunities full benefits
