Lead Global Logistics at Scale
A leading advanced aerospace manufacturing organization is seeking a Global Logistics Manager to own and optimize end-to-end international transportation strategy and execution across complex high-stakes supply chains.
This role sits at the center of global operationsensuring on-time compliant and cost-effective movement of critical components supporting commercial aviation programs.

What Youll Own:
- Define and execute global logistics strategy across air ocean and expedited freight
- Lead and optimize Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Ensure full global trade compliance across international shipments
- Manage multimodal logistics operations (air ocean time-critical/AOG)
- Own Incoterms strategy and execution across global suppliers
- Drive cost optimization and lean freight strategies
- Lead relationships with 3PL/4PL providers and global logistics partners
- Strengthen supply chain resilience and risk mitigation frameworks
- Partner cross-functionally with procurement manufacturing and quality teams
- Deliver KPI reporting audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics International Trade Engineering or related
- 7 years of experience in global logistics or transportation within aerospace or complex manufacturing
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- International shipping execution (air & ocean freight)
- Global trade compliance regulations
- Experience operating within multinational supply chains
- Strong leadership experience managing vendors and logistics providers
Highly Preferred:
- Aerospace or commercial aviation supply chain experience
- AOG / time-critical logistics expertise
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020
- Experience with SAP or enterprise systems
- Proven success in:
- TMS implementations
- VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) strategies
- Freight cost optimization / lean logistics
