Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Support daily OTC operations including cash application invoicing and customer account management.
Support month-end closingactivities including reconciliation of accounts.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the OTC cycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure 100% data accuracy in all applied system.
Our Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP etc.).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written).
English at a communicative level to interact with international teams and stakeholders.
