At Nomagic were on a mission to teach robots the real world. Were now looking for a Finance Intern who will work across both financial operations and accounting supporting core processes while contributing to reporting and analysis. You will be exposed to the full finance stack - from transaction processing and month-end close to management reporting and performance analysis - while helping improve data quality and scalability of finance processes.
This is a hands-on role with a high level of responsibility and direct impact. You will work closely with experienced finance professionals in a multi-entity environment and gain exposure to both execution and analytical work..

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:
Support invoice processing and pre-accounting (cost centers project allocation classifications)
Support payment preparation and tracking across entities
Assist in customer invoicing and maintain AR tracking
Perform reconciliations (bank AP/AR intercompany) and investigate discrepancies
Prepare structured inputs for bookkeeping (revenue data cost allocations etc.)
Identify inconsistencies in financial data and resolve issues across systems
Contribute to improving the reliability and speed of the close process
Identify inefficiencies across finance workflows (AP AR reporting)
Help standardize processes and document SOPs
Contribute to improving reporting and analysis
What skills wed like you to have:
Currently pursuing a Bachelors (final year) or Masters degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field
Basic understanding of accounting and financial statements is required
Solid Excel skills (data structuring pivot tables lookups; ability to work with large datasets)
Fluent in English and Polish
Strong ownership and ability to independently drive tasks
Strong analytical mindset combined with high attention to detail
Highly energetic proactive and hands-on attitude
Previous internship experience in finance is a plus
