Job Description

You will learn :

  • how to navigate in an international company

  • manage artwork development projects for various type of medicines packaging

  • to work closely with internal and external stakeholders

  • to coordinate all the technical requirements for packaging artwork to ensure all deadlines are met

  • to manage your time and tasks and set priorities

  • key supply chain pillars and processes e.g. S&OP artwork changes new product launches.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • speak and write good English

  • are ready and eager to learn a lot and develop practical skills

  • are keen to work for purpose to improve peoples lives.

Nice to have:

  • university degree in a field of logistics supply chain or related areas.

Compensation Structure & Criteria:

Sandoz compensation isdeterminedby job level qualifications niche skills experience and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform ourrangeplacement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes market alignment and business needs.

Job location:Warsaw or Stryków

Work mode: hybrid

Pay range(monthlysalary):4 806- 8050 /gross

Variable compensation:

- Annualperformance-basedbonus:10% (entitlement depends on work status at the end of December each year);

-employee share program according to internal company policy;
