- Manage residential construction and remodeling projects (minor to full gut rehab)
- Schedule and oversee contractors and subcontractors
- Create scopes of work cost estimates and project timelines
- Review and select contractor bids
- Track budgets materials and job costs
- Ensure compliance with building codes permits and HUD standards
- Coordinate inspections utilities and project logistics
- Maintain accurate project data in CRM and tracking systems
- 5 years of residential construction or remodeling project management
- Experience with rehab renovation or housing construction
- Knowledge of local building codes and HUD standards
- Strong budgeting estimating and cost tracking skills
- Experience managing multiple job sites
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and project tracking systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Valid drivers license and insured vehicle
Ability to inspect residential properties and construction sites
Ability to climb stairs and navigate active job sites
