Looking for a solid summer job where you can stay active earn money and build real-world experience Join our team as a Summer Parts Processor!
In this role youll help pick pack and ship parts to customers while learning how a fast-paced warehouse operates. This is a great opportunity for college students home for the summer who want to gain hands-on experience work with a team and develop skills that transfer to any future career.
This is a temporary full-time summer position with potential opportunities for future breaks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform tasks as directed by the Team Leader
- Accurately and efficiently pick customer and production orders
- Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment
- Count and verify inventory in warehouse locations
- Enter inventory transactions into the computer system
- Keep work area clean organized and safe
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Assist with other duties or special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college or recent high school graduate
- Available to work full-time during summer break
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous warehouse or physical work experience
- Experience operating equipment
- Students pursuing post-secondary education (strongly encouraged to apply)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Active rolestanding walking and moving throughout your shift
- Frequent lifting reaching and handling materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Warehouse environment with moderate noise levels
- Temperature may vary depending on the season
SCHEDULE
- Full-time hours during summer break
- 1st shift schedule (daytime hours)
- Overtime opportunities may be available
