Introduction and onboarding within Red Bull New York Youth Programs including overview of marketing systems platforms and program structure
Weekly check-ins (in-person) to review progress provide feedback and align on upcoming campaigns and priorities
Hands-on project ownership across content creation campaign execution and marketing operations tasks. Example: Ownership of one program/location campaign end-to-end with measurable impact on registration growth
Final presentation summarizing successes and recommendations for improvements
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Content output and quality (photo video email and social assets)
Campaign execution accuracy and timeliness (email sends registration launches updates)
Event branding standards and partnership activation deliverables
Contribution to program registration and campaign performance
Accuracy and organization of marketing assets calendars and reporting dashboards
Qualifications :
Interested in marketing business operations analytics or sports management
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging content ideas
Comfortable creating content using digital tools
Understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written communication skills for drafting emails social posts and program messaging
