Job Summary

This position is responsible for drafting business documentation that needs to be filed with government agencies. Ensures all deadlines and details required on documentation are met.

  • Prepare various business-related legal documents for example state and local government documents as well as many others.
  • Contact Secretaries of State & governmental agencies to monitor the status of client applications for their LLCs.
  • Ensure client orders meet the required deadlines. Responsible for client service and satisfaction with both internal and external customers.
  • Assist in related work with other practice areas and perform related research and analysis.
  • Proactively communicate with internal and external clients ensuring other areas have the correct information and what needs to be filed.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: General computer knowledge -- specifically Microsoft Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education and Experience: HS/GED. Law office experience. Prior legal training. Experience processing complex documents (loan applications//legal documents).

Experience with Dissolutions Trademark filings Formations of Corporations. Knowledge with Order Management tools. Strong organizational and writing skills.

Experience processing electronic orders for customers.

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
