Job Summary
You will be responsible for full lifecycle product management of compute and networking solutions that have an outsized impact on accelerating digital transformation across several customer workloads including AI/ML core computing databases High Performance Computing and more. This is a unique opportunity to innovate across all layers of the solution stack (ranging from end customer applications all the way down to the core infrastructure including the AWS custom chip Nitro). You will have strong ownership over strategy product definition feature prioritization messaging pricing adoption customer interaction sales enablement and team development. This is a high visibility and high impact role that will interact with all levels of AWS leadership.

Key job responsibilities
Lead the definition and execution of the product strategy for EC2 compute and networking features for high performance applications.
Define and gather the customer inputs to make high-quality product and roadmap decisions.
Work with leaders across AWS Amazon and our partners to deliver innovation all while working backwards from customer needs.
Define product requirements priorities methods for measurement and track their execution and success.
Communicate with senior management on project status strategy risks and issues.
Work closely with multiple engineering teams and designers to deliver results to customer.

The EC2 networking product team has product leaders that own a portfolio of 5 products and services. We have a broad mix of experience levels and tenures and we foster an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship. - 7 years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
- 5 years of technical (software development network development IT other related) experience
- Experience delivering large-scale SaaS PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle from concept through GTM (go to market)
- Masters degree or above in management business administration economics engineering marketing
- Experience in enterprise scale infrastructure or development-based cloud programs/projects in a related industry
- Experience working with presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
- Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative analytical and organizational skills including intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables VLookups)
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
- Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service or experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Strong learn and be curious

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
