At Solar Turbines we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support the control and management of specialized tools materials and equipment used in Field Service operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency safety and compliance with our global standards.
What Youll Do
- Control the receipt storage and dispatch of tools and materials.
- Coordinate calibration processes for specialized tools.
- Support equipment disposal and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic counts.
- Receive and inspect PPE and materials to ensure quality and compliance.
- Support administrative tasks such as reports and documentation control.
- Safely handle materials and operate forklifts when required.
- Fleet vehicle management: maintenance documentation tooling etc.
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or technical education (or equivalent experience).
- 12 years of experience in warehouse logistics or inventory control.
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems (SAP Oracle Dynamics preferred).
- Familiarity with warehouse documentation (POs delivery notes invoices).
- English level: Basic to Intermediate (Foundation / Progressive).
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
