Support the management coordination and follow-up of administrative processes required to obtain licenses permits Civil Protection approvals and other authorizations necessary for retail store operations.

Manage relationships with accredited consultants in each state. Coordinate and supervise the procedures they carry out before government agencies. Provide required documentation and information to ensure permits are processed accurately and on time. Maintain close follow-up to prevent delays.

Review and ensure proper application of local regulatory requirements.

Oversee compliance with Civil Protection regulations across different jurisdictions.

Maintain updated records including tracking logs file documentation technical information Civil Protection binders and progress reports for management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of documentation and processes.

Identify and mitigate risks as well as resolve issues that may arise during the permitting processes
