As a MIS Specialist I you will work within our IT/MIS department located in Mt. Holly Burlington County NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Identify Netsmart requirements for internal customers;
• Evaluate existing program use of Netsmart and assist programs with optimizing Netsmart to meet program need;
• Identify and correct technical problems with Netsmart;
• Recommend solutions for concerns with Netsmart;
• Maintain Netsmart performance including implementation of new system features
• Provide training for users;
• Manage help desk calls/tickets regarding Netsmart;
• Design or reconfigure documents within Netsmart;
• Keep data accessible and organized;
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards;
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices;
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
• Work with IT to assure the provision of appropriate levels of security to database applications;
• Complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field required;
• Google Analytics Certificate Required;
• Experience preferred working with clinical records specifically NetSmart;
• Valid Drivers License required.
