Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals and other sourcing channels (databases social media referrals etc.)
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Share quality shortlisted profiles with Hiring Managers.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end interview coordination and follow-ups.
Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure engagement and positive experience.
Collect and verify documents from selected candidates.
Prepare and share CTC approval cases for offer processing.
Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracking system (ATS)
