Job Description:

Lead collections across portfolio buckets: initial (0-90 DPD) via field visits and deep buckets (90 DPD) through intensified recovery tactics targeting roll- rate reduction and NPA minimization.

Manage multiple agencies and Feet on Street including vendor selection performance SLAs billing audits and daily/weekly visit plan strategies.

Coordinate legal recoveries: Sec-138/Civil suit/DRT etc proceedings for chronic defaulters; liaise with legal teams enforcement agencies and handle escalations.

Monitor KPIs (collection efficiency PAR recovery rates) generate MIS reports and ensure RBI compliance in all operations.

Required Experience
-
5-8 years in unsecured loan collections with 4 years managing multi- agency/call center teams in BFSI.

Proven expertise in bucket-wise strategies (early/mid/late-stage) and legal channel recoveries.

Track record achieving collection targets in high-volume portfolios.

Essential Skills
-
Strong team leadership negotiation and stakeholder management across agencies and internal teams.

Proficient in applicable regional language along with Hindi/English

Proficiency in CRM/Collection platform data analytics (Excel MIS) and regulatory knowledge.

Excellent communication for escalations customer negotiations and reporting.
