Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products (personal loans home loans business loans etc.)
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
Explain product features eligibility interest rates and documentation requirements
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan products
Follow up with prospects to close sales

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree (preferred but not always mandatory)
0 5years of experience in tele sales banking or financial services
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
