We are looking for Customer Service Large Boilers Systems who willbe responsible forprocessing applications and requests from customers according to orders.
Responsibilities:
processing applications and requests from customers according to orders by e-mail or from the responsible VPI issuing adjusting and updating invoices;
initial technical consultations of customers by phone;
issuing invoices in accordance with the companys internal rules monitoring the relevance of article numbers for equipment in invoices timely adjusting invoices (when changing the article or exchange rate etc.);
monitoring timely payments on issued invoices
support for the correct shipment process
creating commissions for preparing goods for shipment.
signing supply contracts on a long-term basis and one-time contracts.
assistance in the selection of spare parts and components as well as providing technical advice on spare parts for equipment;
Requirements:
High school graduate
3 years of relevant experience
Good communication skills
