Could you be the full-time PI Customer Site Manager in Kirovohrad Oblast were looking for


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your customer relationship management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

Youll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business such as Sales Operations and Supply Chain manage end-to-end customer relationships and ensure seamless order-to-cash processes and much more.

Youll specifically take care of delivering the commercial plan for Parts Repairs and Overhaul but also address customer inquiries and critical situations effectively.

Well look to you for:

  • Improving customer experience and satisfaction

  • Delivering the commercial plan for Parts Repairs and Overhaul

  • Managing end-to-end customer relationships from opportunity identification to payment

  • Handling master data quotations and sales orders

  • Addressing customer inquiries complaints and critical situations

  • Leading small teams and coordinating cross-functional activities

  • Experience in Customer Service Sales Support Operations or Supply Chain in an industrial/railway environment

  • Understanding of ERP systems (SAP GSI strongly preferred)

  • Experience managing B2B customers and order-to-cash processes

  • Ability to manage customer inquiries complaints and critical situations

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management (internal & external)

  • Pricing quotation and commercial acumen

  • Analytical and reporting capabilities

  • Ability to lead small teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
