Job Summary

We are seeking a student for the2026SummerTerm to be based in our Halifax area (Bedford) location as follows:

Job Title:Junior Business Associate

Location:486 Starboard Drive Bedford NS B3M 0N6

Term:April30th2026 August 31st 2026 / Hourly -40 hoursper weekfor16 weeks

Program of Study:Business Administration Business Management Economics Marketing Finance Entrepreneurship. Minor in Information Technology Communications is a plus

Education Level:Open to undergraduate students including those in their first Co-opterm

Requirements:

Enrolled in a co-op program through your post-secondary institution (required)

Strong written communication skills; you can produce a clean first draft

Comfortable in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite generally

Able to manage multiple tasks without needing someone to remind youwhatsnext

Curious about how professional services businesseswork

Familiarity with digital marketing or content management platforms is a bonus. So is any prior exposure to HR finance or sales operations butitsnot a requirement.

Purpose of Role Duties & Key Tasks:

HR & People Operations

Supportthe upcoming performance review cycleHR related content management acrossSharePoint&Confluenceonboarding coordination employee profile management and LMS administration

Help track and report on training completion & compliance across a 40 person global team

Assist with HR documentation process updates & internal communications

Sales & Marketing

Research target accounts&competitive positioning to support business development efforts

Contribute to case study development&client-facing business documentation

Finance & Operations

Support basic reporting data entry&operational tracking

Assistwith document management&audit prep as needed

Expected Outcome/Achievement:

Direct exposure to HR Finance and BD operations in a live scaling business

Real deliverables with real stakeholders (not simulated projects)

Mentorship from experienced professionals across multiple functions

A working understanding of how enterprise technology consultingoperatesglobally
