Job Summary
Location: GTA (Hybrid)
Duration: 20 weeks (extendable up to 12 months)
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with exposure to QA practices to support complex banking payment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payments or liquidity management and a solid understanding of data mapping within financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business and system requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Perform data mapping for complex payment systems and integrations
- Support QA activities including test case creation execution and defect tracking (nice to have)
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Leverage AI tools to assist with data mapping analysis and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a BSA in banking/financial services
- Hands-on experience with Payments and/or Liquidity Management systems (mandatory)
- Strong data mapping and data analysis skills
- Experience documenting functional and technical requirements
- Understanding of end-to-end SDLC
