Whats on offer
We are looking for Road Workers to be part of our team undertaking planned maintenance work across the Victorian Road Maintenance Contract. Ideally you will hold a HR or HC licence (MR acceptable). The team is open to reviewing applications from both experienced candidates and those who are interested in making a start in the industry.

You will be responsible for:

• Tasks include vegetation control graffiti removal pot hole repairs & sign maintenance Mobile plant operation.
• Road work construction and maintenance and safe operation near live traffic
• Toolbox meetings pre-starts risk assessments and project specific data capture

Other activities include: asphalt laying physical duties such as; shovelling raking brooming. Were looking for candidates who have asphalt/industry experience or a desire to learn and progress in a new industry. Candidates will need to have:

• Availability to work overtime weekends and nights when required
• A current vehicle licence (HR or HC licence beneficial)
• Construction induction card
• Mobile plant experience would be beneficial
• An interest in working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Positions are based at our Bairnsdale depot.

The pre-employment process will include a medical check including drug and alcohol screening.
