Job Summary

Summary: This request is for (1) Diagnostic Radiologist to be onsite during weekdays to read

diagnostic radiology exams as well as perform Fluroscopy exams. There would also be a call need after

hours on weeknights as well as on the weekends (Sat and Sun).

Rates for submission(strictly follow)

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation $262.half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly $525-$560 - Per hour not OT

Holiday $787.Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT

Nightly Call $1100-$1300 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis

Holiday Nightly Call - $Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis

On Call (Daily) $2200-$2600 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $ Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis

Call Back $525-$560 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Holiday Call Back $787.50-840 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

Facility Location: CHI St. Alexius Health - Bismarck ND

Setting: Diagnostic Radiology

FTE: (1) Diagnostic Radiologist 24/7. Onsite to perform procedures during the week and after hours

call.

Duties: Read and interpret Diagnostic radiology exams from the following modalities:

MRI

Ultrasound

X-Ray

Mammography

Nuclear Medicine

Required Procedures: Fluoroscopy exams including but not limited to: Swallow Studies Esophograms

Barium Enema Mylograms Arthrograms Breast Biopsies.

EMR: EPIC

Support Staff: Radiology Technologists

Reason for Coverage: Our current Independent contracted Radiology Group has decided to not renew

their contract
