DescriptionProvide Consulting Services
- Document and validate customers business requirements and map to NetSuite functionality
- Configure/customize NetSuite application to meet customers business requirements
- Conduct consulting sessions (on-the-phone and in-person) and document with meeting minute summaries
- Attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
- Provide customers with as needed consulting and general assistance
- Be a go-to resource for specific functional areas
Provide Sales / Account Management support
- Support the sales cycle through solution review and feedback and assistance with scoping and estimation
Provide Team and Operational Management
- Participate organize and facilitate regular Team Meetings
- Contribute to the hiring process by screening applications and interviewing candidates
- Serve as liaison with the rest of the GDC for work coordination and assignments
- Channel staff feedback to the local Practice Manager
- Enforce company policies and regulations
Contribute to internal PS initiatives
- Contribute to the solutions repository/best practices knowledge share activities
- Participate in Subject Matter Expert programs
- Conduct Internal trainings on Subject Matter Expertise to filter out best practices
- Interface with other departments on product features/solutions

- Contribute to internal knowledge share; Review posted feedback on a continuous basis
