Job Summary
Position Description:
This position starts with a comprehensive bootcamp training program that allows successful hires to learn the functional aspects of a leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with potential specializations in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manufacturing (MFG) and Finance.
This role is designed for early-career professionals (12 years of experience) or new graduates who are eager to enhance their technical knowledge and gain hands-on experience with major ERP platforms like SAP M3 or Microsoft Dynamics.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Trainees are expected to attend and complete all sessions of the bootcamp program. The learning experience is a dynamic combination of instructor-led discussions hands-on workshops research projects and self-study assignments.
At the end of the training you will complete a capstone project within a given timeframe and present your solution to a panel of experts. The panels assessment of your project and overall performance throughout the program will determine your potential project engagements.
Upon successful deployment to a project your responsibilities will include:
Participating in the support rotation to handle various customer needs.
Assisting customers with their system issues in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Assisting with the generation of reports and fulfilling other project requirements.
Training or assisting colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
Performing other tasks as requested by the project leadership.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
A Bachelors degree in a computer or business-related field.
A strong eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies.
The ability to adapt to different kinds of work and tasks.
Prior experience or basic knowledge in any ERP system (such as SAP M3 or Dynamics) in areas like SCM MFG or Finance will be considered a significant advantage.
Must be amenable to working onsite 3 days a week in McKinley Taguig on a mid-shift schedule.
