Summary
Assures quality-focused cost-effective delivery outcomes and the business success of the organization. Utilizes experience research and education to effectively oversee the human fiscal and material resources of the ancillary departments. Areas may include but not limited to: safety maintenance laundry environmental services infection control and emergency preparedness.Job Description
Possesses a creative outlook and creativity skills. Ability to be flexible and adapts to changing priorities. Utilizes outstanding critical thinking and negotiating skills. Values education and seeks opportunities to enhance the knowledge and competencies of staff and managers. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Troubleshoots coordinates and provides oversight to multiple departments within ancillary services. Takes on and completes other duties as assigned.Qualifications
Bachelors degree lieu of degree 6 years of relevant experience is acceptable.Minimum of three years experience in a healthcare setting is required. Three years of healthcare management experience is preferred.
Maintains any certifications and/or licensure as required by on location current valid drivers license may be required and must meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category III drivers.
