**Business Analyst - Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate business processes for automation opportunities and lead requirements gathering through client meetings interviews and workshops
- Assist clients in developing business cases and identifying Business Process Management (BPM) opportunities to support organizational adoption
- Execute robotic process automation and digital transformation initiatives including user requirements planning process review facilitation and process modeling
- Conduct ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies aligned with industry best practices
- Perform requirements analysis and communicate findings to cross-functional teams and management
- Collaborate with clients subject matter experts and architects to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Conduct user acceptance testing and prioritize initiatives based on business requirements
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion
- Prepare comprehensive reports on digital transformation initiatives including objectives vision pain point analysis updated process models and key recommendations
- Stay current with process and IT advancements to identify modernization opportunities
