We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Capability Coordinator to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis. The People & Capability Coordinator role is responsible for delivering accurate timely confidential and effective people support across the JB Hi-Fi Group.
- Prepare and issue employment related documentation.
- Provide administrative support across the store recruitment process.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings communication distribution and accurate data entry.
- Resolve general P&C queries in a timely and accurate manner escalating as appropriate.
- Support the completion of cyclical P&C reporting and delivery of P&C initiatives and programs.
- Assist in identifying and implementing opportunities to improve P&C operations and processes.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the wider P&C team as required.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years administration experience.
- Experience within a high-volume role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills
