About the Position
The Executive Assistant provides high-level executive and project support within the Office of the CEO ensuring the efficient coordination of administrative processes and the smooth operation of executive functions. Supporting Executive Directors and the working closely with the Executive Assistant team this position is central to enabling effective decision-making strong governance and alignment with organisational priorities. It involves managing complex schedules coordinating meetings and travel preparing high-quality documentation and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
This position requires strong judgement discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working collaboratively with other Executive Assistants the position also contributes to improving systems processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency and consistency across the Office of the CEO.
Full-time fixed term to May 2026. Band 3.2 salary $85347 p.a. plus 12% superannuation
