About the Position

The Executive Assistant provides high-level executive and project support within the Office of the CEO ensuring the efficient coordination of administrative processes and the smooth operation of executive functions. Supporting Executive Directors and the working closely with the Executive Assistant team this position is central to enabling effective decision-making strong governance and alignment with organisational priorities. It involves managing complex schedules coordinating meetings and travel preparing high-quality documentation and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

This position requires strong judgement discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working collaboratively with other Executive Assistants the position also contributes to improving systems processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency and consistency across the Office of the CEO.

Full-time fixed term to May 2026. Band 3.2 salary $85347 p.a. plus 12% superannuation

To be successful you will require:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrator
  • A positive client-focused approach. You take pride in providing a high standard of support
  • Proven experience managing complex schedules for senior executives with the ability to exercise judgement around prioritisation
  • An understanding of project management including planning and reporting against progress
  • An ability to build relationships with a wide range of people both inside and outside the organisation
  • High level verbal and written communication skills including experience developing a range of reports and correspondence
  • Ability to exercise initiative discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Advanced knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in a range of support tasks including account reconciliations purchasing and travel coordination.
