Responsibilities

Job Summary:

In this role you will help drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns by translating business objectives into clear briefs aligning timelines and resources and ensuring consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

You will also contribute to quarterly and annual planning efforts support prioritization and help ensure alignment with broader business strategies.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator detail-oriented and energized by cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

Strategic project execution:

  • Partner with product marketing and business stakeholders across CooperSurgical to understand priorities and support the development of marketing initiatives.
  • Help shape project scopes timelines and deliverables that align with marketing and communication goals.
  • Translate business inputs into actionable briefs for internal teams.
  • Support the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns and tactics including digital content creative assets and event support.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Seek opportunities to apply project management skills to improve workflows enhance team coordination and drive greater efficiency across marketing initiatives.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between IMS and business unit teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative digital events and operations to drive execution.
  • Represent business needs while advocating for marketing best practices and operational efficiency.

Communication and relationship management

  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders providing regular updates and surfacing risks or roadblocks early.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the annual marketing calendar in collaboration with Growth Marketing colleagues.
  • Help organize and facilitate brand meetings and planning sessions with product marketers.
  • Assist in tactical planning scheduling budgeting and reporting in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Contribute to the development of launch materials and campaign assets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and foster a collaborative solution-oriented environment.

Travel:

Travel expectations of 5-10%.

Qualifications

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proactive adaptable and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing fundamentals including campaign planning content development and performance tracking.
  • Experience working with creative teams and/or agencies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MarTech tools (e.g. Marketo CRM platforms) is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Office work / Hybrid environment

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience supporting or executing multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • 2-3 years working in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience reviewing and editing marketing content and creative assets.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
