West Africa Marketing Executive Trade & Digital (MW) (V.I.E Contract)

By joining us as West Africa Marketing Executive youll step into a fast-growing West African market take on real responsibilities and drive the promotion of our Yeasts & Baking Ingredients portfolio across the region. 

As part of the West Africa commercial and technical team you will implement and monitor the regional marketing plan to maximize product availability and visibility strengthen brand reputation and support both customer retention and acquisition among distributors users and prescribers.

 Your Mission 

• Promoting the segmented Yeast & Baking Ingredients products in the West African market 

• Trade Marketing: ensuring execution of the marketing plan to maximize product availability visibility and brand consolidation 

• Digital Marketing: managing digital platforms (websites social media mobile apps) in order to meet the targets set for the various digital KPIs. 

• Marketing Analytics: collect process and analyze market information to support decision-making and provide insights for the marketing strategy 

• Manage product information ensuring consistency and availability of data for the marketing sales and communication teams 

• Support and assist the sales force ensuring the effective implementation of marketing plans 

• Internal communication: coordinate internal communication and organization of events 

• Reporting: provide regular reporting on actions and budget 

Frequent travels across the West Africa region are expected  

Qualifications :

 Who were looking for : 

• Masters degree (or equivalent) in Marketing/ Digital marketing/ Event management.  
• A significant professional experience in this field. 

Technical skills: 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite 
• Database management skills 
• Strong digital marketing sensitivity 
• Good writing skills 
• Fluent in French & English.
